I'm a restaurant / business. How do I place an order?

Accepted Answer

Orders can be placed via our website store, contact page or directly via mail.

The information we need when you get in touch:
- What is your business's name?
- Which products are you interested in and in what quantities?
- Where you are based (So we can estimate delivery fees and turnaround times.
- Are you looking to trial our products with your customers or looking to fully integrate it into your menu as an alternative to wheat based products you currently serve or replace your wheat based products entirely with our products?

Do we offer cheaper prices for larger orders?

Accepted Answer

Our pricing is represented by tiers on a per order bases.

Tier 1 pricing is represented on our website where a single order consists of 4 to 240 Pizza Bases and  4 to 480 Wraps.

Are the products delivered directly to me?

Accepted Answer

Yes, after receiving the payment for the order we promptly produce the amount that is required and then ship it off to your address.
 
The turn around time is roughly between two to four days, however, we are currently bringing this down towards a one day turnaround time by integrating our storage capacity with DC's around South Africa.

What's the shelf life of the product?

Accepted Answer

As we pride ourselves in being completely natural and preservative free, our products do go off in a very short amount of time when left at room temprature (roughly 2 to 3 days after being produced.

However, if still sealed and stored in a freezer it can be stored indefinitely.

Question 6

How do I maximise the products shelf-life while preserving its quality?

Accepted Answer

Put it straight in the freezer, once taken out of the freezer and opened it is advised to consume the entirety of the packets contents within the same day, at worst, within one to two days if it is put into the fridge after being opened.
